How the process goes
Step 1
Although you're welcome to reach me via social media, it helps to identify your needs and respond quicker through my inquiry form. It's so easy for messages to get lost and my website form keeps that from happening! Once you reach out to me, you can expect to hear from me within 24 hours!

Step 2
I'll reach out to you to set up a time to meet and chat either over Zoom or in person (for my local brides) over a coffee on me! I'll also give you the rundown on what it looks like to work with me and to also answer any lingering questions that you might have so that you can feel completely comfortable by the end of our time together!

Step 3
All I require to hold your date is a signed contract and your 25% nonrefundable retainer. There is also a fun questionnaire that I will send over to you to get to know you better and to also send you some fun treats during the planning process! After your date is reserved, we can get into planning together!

For weddings, before the big day we will create a family photo list for portraits, a details list for detail photos, and even some couples' shots that you're wanting for the big day as well! All of these details will be included on the questionnaire that I will send over beforehand!

Whether it's a wedding, couples session or even branding, we are ready to capture some fun!
You did it! After we capture these memories, you can expect some sneak peeks to hit your inbox within 48 hours. Please note that the turnaround time does vary depending on the season and the session type.

Do you give out RAW Photos?
I do not give out RAW photos, as it does not
accurately reflect my craft. RAW photos are also in
a different format that are more difficult to convert,
so I do all of that for you when I edit your photos!

Are you available for destination weddings?
Traveling is my passion! I’m happy to travel no matter where your wedding is! For my U.S. brides, there are no travel fees. Weddings outside of the U.S. are dependent on the location which could include a travel fee and hotel accommodations for 3-4 days.

When can we expect to receive all of our images?
My turnaround time is 4-8 weeks. You can expect a
sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding or session and the rest of your gallery afterwards through an online gallery and a complimentary USB.

Do you offer discounts if we want to remove something offered in our package?
Inclusions in packages such as a complimentary engagement session are promotional items and are not able to be replaced with a discount. However, I am happy to work together to put together a package that works the best with your needs!

Do you offer videography?
I will be more than happy to introduce you to a list
of videographers that I trust and are amazing to
work with! As of now, I do not offer videography
through H.C. Collective.
